This session draws on the Health CARE-AI Framework, developed through a multi-phase international consensus study, to examine how AI affects trust relationships among learners, educators, institutions, and patients. Rather than debating whether AI should be used, this panel asks a more urgent question: how do we integrate it without compromising professional integrity, equity, and wellbeing?
