L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 des ressources : la distribution des ressources afin de combler les \u00e9carts en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9quit\u00e9. L'esprit d'\u00e9quit\u00e9 : la d\u00e9monstration d'une prise de conscience et d'une volont\u00e9 d'aborder les questions d'\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-5265d28\" data-id=\"5265d28\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1b8fb2f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1b8fb2f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans le contexte universitaire, l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 requiert la cr\u00e9ation de possibilit\u00e9s pour les populations d'\u00e9tudiants, de personnel et de professeurs historiquement, durablement ou syst\u00e9matiquement marginalis\u00e9s, afin qu'ils aient un acc\u00e8s \u00e9gal \u00e0 la formation, aux programmes et aux occasions de d\u00e9veloppement susceptibles de combler les \u00e9carts en mati\u00e8re de rendement.
